Meal Plan Monday

Last week I was able to stick to my Meal plan everyday. Here is this week's meal plan

Sunday: Youth Group Night: We help at our church and meal is provided.
Monday: Tater Tot Casserole - kids love this. Corn, Salad
Tuesday: Baked Teriyaki Chicken, Green Beans, White and Wild Rice Pilaf
Wednesday: Pulled Pork Sandwiches , Chips
Thursday: Busy night - Either Sandwiches or Leftover Pulled Pork
Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: Ranch Meatloaf (recipe from Thrifty Crafty Girl), Potatoes, Green Beans.

That is it for this week. Wednesday and Thursday are our busiest nights so dinner has to be quick. Pulled Pork will be made in the Crockpot and everyone can help themselves when they  have time to eat.

Hope everyone has a good week. I will update with my spending challenge tomorrow.

  2. Can't seem to get a menu down as I am not home in the evenings. Need to leave the hubby with simple meals.

  3. Nice work sticking with the plan. I'm always proud if I hit 50% - I'm bad at estimating how many meals we can get out of our leftovers. :-)

Usually it's a result of the passion displayed in the post I read. And after this post "Meal Plan Monday". I was actually excited enough to drop a comment :-) I do have 2 questions for you if you don't mind.
Is it simply me or does it seem like a few of these comments appear like they are
written by brain dead people? :-P And, if you are posting on other places,
I'd like to follow everything fresh you have to post. Could you list every one of your public sites like your linkedin profile, Facebook page or twitter feed?
