Linking up with I'm a Organizing Junkie Menu Plan Monday
Seems a Hawaiian wave is going around! I should try to put pineapple on some of my meals.
ReplyDeleteI am actually grilling the pineapple slices on our little indoor grill. Fresh pineapple works the best but canned works also.
DeleteI cooked a ham on Sunday and I plan on left overs all week. I did ham and cheese sandwiches last nights. Tonight Ham and eggs and toast.
ReplyDeleteWe will be able to get several meals out of the Ham. I sliced some of it for tonight. I put the ham bone in the freezer for next week. Last time I cooked a Ham on the weekend I was able to get 4 meals out of one $9 Ham.
DeleteI love weeks when everything is already prepped! It saves my sanity. :-)
ReplyDeleteThis is a crazy week for us. I don't usually precook everything on the weekend but I gave it a try this week.
DeleteI’m stopping by for a visit from Organizing Junkie, Menu Plan Monday.
ReplyDeleteIt's nice to have some meals already prepared for those rough pain days. I can just ask the hubby and son to heat it up.
This time of year can definitely add up. I’m working on my shopping lists for this week, looking for sales. We’re not having turkey this Thanksgiving. The choices are pizza or homemade lasagna. We’re turkey’ed out!
Everything looks so delicious.
I hope you have a wonderful week.
